About us

We work with people. Some call as "headhunters" or "recruiters". We usually refer to ourselves as an "Innovative & Intelligent People Powerhouse".

We help our clients win "the war for talent". Our ability to help them become better employers is limited, therefore we focus on providing them with better access to previously untapped sources - both external and internal - of highly valuable professionals.

We are not a typical people search firm. First of all, we are real-life hiring managers and high-caliber (i.e. "headhunted") professionals ourselves. Therefore, we can surely say that we know "the drill", unlike some other firms in our field who act more like a "layer" between employers and employees rather than a value-adding intermediary.

While most of our competitors rely heavily on research as a single most important source of candidates, we use completely different approach. Of course we do know how to use internet, including search engines and social networks, and direct search techniques to locate suitable candidates. But we never contact them without a reference from somebody who belongs to our "circle of trust" - our partners or members of their professional networks.

It's our partners who make all the difference. None of them are "career recruiters" - ones financially dependent on their success in the recruiting field. They would help us find the best candidates for our searches even if they wouldn't earn anything on it but some goodwill for making someone's life a bit better (and they do that a lot when other recruiters ask them for referrals). But since we want to work only with best-of-the-best and utilize their potential to the maximum extent, we offer them generous revenue sharing - much more generous than any other firm can afford since they have lots of fixed-costs (office, candidate database subscriptions, full-time career employees etc.).

They give us an access to alumni networks of all major business schools, networks of current and former employees of leading strategy consulting firms as well as many other exclusive sources of talent. They are the real people who are organically integrated into these networks - one can imagine how much better they are than "passwords and logins" to the respective web-services.

We focus on delivering outstanding talent for intellect-heavy positions in:

  • Top management consulting (strategy, organisation, marketing & sales, operations etc.);
  • In-house strategy and corporate development (internal consulting, strategic planning, performance management, project management office, M&A, post-merger integration, business process reengineering, etc.);
  • IT-management and software engineering (agile coaching, business analysis, system requirements, software development, quality assurance, deployment etc.)

We have 2 offices - in London and Moscow - and we work primarily in these 2 markets. We serve clients in a variety of industries, including but not limited to consulting, financial services and consumer internet. Our candidates are usually staffed to mid-senior and senior positions.
